When will I receive them?

Ticket delivery for this tour is delayed on purpose — it’s a standard security measure to prevent fraud.


What to expect:

  • Tickets won’t be available right after purchase.
  • QR codes will only be activated a few days before the event.

How will I receive them?

Your tickets will be delivered via a third-party app or platform that is not managed by StubHub International. The app you’ll need depends on the event location and the ticket provider.


Once the seller completes the transfer, you'll get two emails:

  • One from StubHub International confirming your order was delivered  — Note: tickets won't appear on our platform.
  • One from the third-party provider with details on how to access your tickets.

Your tickets will be transferred via one of these apps:

  1. Download the Ticketmaster UK App
  2. Sign in or create an account with the same email used on StubHub International.
  3. Go to My Events to find your tickets.
  4. QR code will be visible on the event day.


AXS UK

  1. Download the AXS App.
  2. Sign in or create an account with the same email used on StubHub International.
  3. Go to Tickets to view your ticket.
  4. QR code will be visible on the event day.


Wembley App

  1. Download the Wembley App.
  2. Sign in or create an account with the same email used on StubHub International.
  3. Go to My Tickets.
  4. QR code will be visible on the event day.


United States

Ticketmaster US

  1. Download the Ticketmaster US App.
  2. Sign in or create an account with the same email used on StubHub International.
  3. Go to My Events to find your tickets.
  4. QR code will be visible on the event day.


Austria

Oeticket App

  1. The seller will create a fanSALE account for you and share your login details.
  2. Use them to log in to the Oeticket App.
  3. QR code will be visible on the event day.


Germany

Eventim App

  1. The seller will create a fanSALE account for you and share your login details.
  2. Use them to log in to the Eventim App.
  3. QR code will be visible on the event day.


Trouble accessing tickets in the third-party app?

If we’ve already confirmed the transfer but you don’t see your tickets:

  • Double-check you’ve downloaded the correct app version for the country of the event.
  • Abroad or can’t install the country-specific app? Use the web version of the provider’s site and follow their steps to view your tickets online.
