How to add a new address?

Easy! Follow the steps below from your desktop. You can't add it from the StubHub app. 

  1. Login into your StubHub International profile
  2. Go to 'Settings' and 'Contact' tab
  3. Tap on 'Add a new address' 
  4. Complete the required fields: first name, last name, email address, phone (select the country flag that correspond with your country prefix), country, state, zip code, city, address 
  5. Tap on 'Save' to record the information


How to update an existing address?

There are two scenarios:


Update the primary address

  1. Go to 'Settings' and 'Contact' tab
  2. Select the address and click on the 'pencil' icon
  3. Edit the information you need
  4. Tap on 'Save' to record the information


Update the delivery address of an order

In case you want to receive in a different address you recording during the checkout, don't forget this article with the step by step.  


Can't add the address?

Are you trying to add a new address or editing an existing one in your profile and it won't let you save it or you get an error? It is possible that some information is wrong. We recommend that you search for it on Google maps to confirm that the information provided is correct.


For security reasons, we do not ship to PO Box.


How to delete an existing address?

On a desktop, go to Profile > Settings > Contact and delete your contact information by clicking on the trash icon. 


You can't delete your primary contact but you can edit it. You can't delete your address in the StubHub app.
