Looking for tickets

If you don't have them yet, here is the list of upcoming concerts so you can book your tickets.

If you are purchasing for a nominative event, during the purchasing process you will be asked to register the details of the attendees. This is very important so that tickets can be issued and you do not have problems accessing the venue. Anyway, you will be able to add it later. Here we explain you the process.

When will I receive them?

For security reasons, tickets will be released about 10 days before the concert. You don't need to worry! With our 100% Guarantee, we assure you that you will receive them in time to enjoy the Eras Tour.

How will I receive them?

The most commonly sold formats are:

  • Electronic: Here you can find more details in regards of this format.
  • Mobile transfer: These tickets are transferred through a third party app/platform that does not belong to StubHub International. Once the seller completes the transfer, you will receive two emails:
    • From StubHub International to confirm that the order has been delivered. The tickets won't be visible in our platform.

    • From third party to confirm that the tickets have been transferred and indicating the steps to access them.

Can't find the email? Check your SPAM or junk folders as well to ensure you don't miss any correspondence

UK & Ireland

The seller will transfer your tickets through a third party app (Ticketmaster, AXS or Wembley App) by using the same email address you have registered in your StubHub International account

Once the seller completes the transfer, you will receive an email from the third party to confirm that the tickets have been associated with your email. Depending on the sender, you will have to download one app or another.

  1. Download the Ticketmaster App
  2. Sign in or create an account. Important to register with the same email you use on StubHub International.

  4. At the event, scan the QR code to get in

For AXS

  1. Download the AXS App

    • The account must be created before the seller makes the transfer. Otherwise, it will not be able to send the entries to your email.
  3. Tap on the ticket icon
  4. At the event, scan the QR code to get in

For Wembley

Austria & Germany

To allow the seller to transfer your tickets, they first must to create an account on fanSALE

  1. Your seller will create a new account for you in fanSALE with an username and password. Then, they will share your credentials with you
  2. Once you receive your username and password, you should download the Eventim App to access the tickets through your phone - Your QR code will be only visible on the event day
  3. At the event, scan the QR code to get in

Here you can find more details about both countries.

Can't access the tickets from the third party app?

Have we notified you that the tickets have been transferred but do not appear in the application that correspond with your event country? Make sure you download the app for the country of the event. Tickets will be housed there.

In case you cannot download it (either because you are out of the country or because you cannot locate the application in the country of the event), follow the steps through the third party website.

Can't attend the date you reserved?

If you've changed your plans and need a different date, we recommend making a new purchase and putting the tickets you had bought for the date you'll miss up for sale. This way, you'll get back the money you invested and give another fan the chance to experience something unique.

StubHub International has no commercial relationship with the mentioned third-party app. Its inclusion in this communication is solely for informational purposes.
