Are you trying to download the etickets from your profile and won't be able? 

After clicking on Get tickets, did you see the following window with a error message?

This error happens because of the wrong configuration on your Google Chrome browser.  In order to fix this issue you have to make some changes in the settings on your browser.

How to do that?

  1. Go to the Settings on Google Chrome
  2. Enter "PDF" in the search bar
  3. Go to Site Settings
  4. Tap Additional content settings
  5. On PDF Documents, choose the first option Download PDFs

After that, try again and you will be able to download your tickets.
