Do I need an account to purchase tickets?

While it's not mandatory to have an account to buy tickets, creating one is highly recommended. As a registered user, you can easily track your purchases and even resell tickets. 

To sign up:

  1. Visit our StubHub International website.
  2. Click on "Sign In" at the top.
  3. In the popup, click "Sign Up" at the bottom.
  4. Provide your first and last name, email address, and choose a password. Alternatively, sign up with your Facebook, Google or Apple credentials.
  5. Click "Sign Up" to complete.

Finding Events

  1. On the homepage, type the event name (e.g., game, band, play) and optionally the city to find it quickly.
  2. Use city and date filters below the profile button to browse events in specific locations and time frames.

Selecting Tickets

  1. Once on the event page, view available listings. Remember, tickets can be added or removed by sellers at any time.
  2. Click on your chosen listing and then "Buy Now."

Completing Your Purchase

  1. Review the ticket details on the checkout page to ensure accuracy, including delivery method and estimated date.
  2. If applicable, manage promo codes by selecting "Manage Discounts."
  3. Choose your payment method (credit or debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
  4. For PayPal, you can opt for single payment or installment options if available.
  5. Confirm your choice and click "Buy Now."
